I have ordered twice and the order has not been sent

I ordered online and received an order number but the order was not processed. I have not received the product. If you can't provide products, than say it is out of stock and don't go through the process of ordering. I have ordered online in the past with no difficulty. I fail to understand why it is now a major trauma to order directly on line from you. I live less than 2 hours from your head office...what is the issue in getting the product to me. It takes 5 minutes to put it in a box and mail it. It actually arrives within less than 2 days. What is the problem?

Horrible Customer Service

You can email and email and it takes them days to answer. When they do it's vague and most of the time totally useless.

And their so called new website is worse than it used to be but they certainly had no issues raising prices. The only good thing...sort of... is they offer autoship. But good luck finding info on it so you know if you can cancel or skip shipments.

The product is great, the company and the people who work there... pathetic.

I've had service at Walmart that's more intelligent, expedient, and well mannered. And that's not saying much.

Bought a NJOY disposable tank as i was in a rush. That *** didnt even work with an NJOY brand battery. A total dud. And in order to return it i had to pay more in shipping than what i purchased it for.

The slowest shipping. China is faster

The shipping rate has gotten slower and slower from when I first ordered a year ago. My latest shipment still isn't here and I ordered 18 days ago!!! This is for the dailys. That's terrible service from any business standpoint. And no estimated arrival or warning its going to take that long. I spend 300.00 a month and clearly that's going down considering I can't even get 2 shipments in a month. A package I ordered from China 2 weeks ago made it here first. It used to be that when I ordered it was processed, on its way and arrived in under a week. That's a joke now. Njoy really needs to get it together. It's getting to be not worth it because the dailys don't even last a day now and not even close to 300 puffs. I'm returning all dailys that I get ripped off on from now on. Clearly a faulty battery issue and I'm not paying for a bad product when Njoy makes the mistake anymore. I've gotten some in store that didn't even light up.

My order was placed on November 27th,2017;and wasnt notified until December 2nd that it was finally shipped! Electric Tobbaconist is cheaper & my order ARRIVES in 3 to 4 days from date of being placed! Will not order from Njoy again!

I recently order a custom vaping kit from njoy, it is my first time trying a vaping solution. I purchased it Tuesday of last week, and after waiting two days and still not being shipped. I asked if I could please have the order canceled. A day later I got a response telling me that they are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. This was very irritating, because it took almost 4 days to get this thing just on the way to the post office. over a week as went buy and I received my order yesterday. I received two boxes, one had the battery and usb charger, the other had the ejuice. There was no tank in the package, the contents included on the website say that the tank is included with the vaping kit. I emailed them yesterday letting them that I did not receive a tank as well as asking for them to send me one today. I have not heard from them and probably wont until Tuesday next week. This company is AWFUL, I wish I would have done my research before hand because there are so many terrible reviews and I can see why they went bankrupt. Do NOT purchase from this company, there are so many better companies out there for vaping products.

Happened this week. Shows shipped via ups and switches to usps.

Then it disappears. Each shipper blames the other. Problem is njoy has to be the one to file the issue with ups. Have no number to contact njoy.

So I've contacted my bank. They re filing the complaint with njoy. The number on the bank transaction is a voice mail.

I have always had a good experience with njoy. Seems things have grown to where customer satisfaction doesn't matter

Their 800# on their site has been disconnected. I found their new number included with a charge to my bank account, tried that several times and always get a recording.

No way to reach them at this point. Don't think they really care about their customers. I am missing two shipments and can't contact them to fix the situation. Their 800# on their site has been disconnected.

I have purchased multiple devices that have stopped working within a matter of weeks. I enjoy the product and purchased on line during leagal issues which pulled my e cigs of choice out of stores.

My issues have been with thr pre-filled clasdic tobacco cartridges and the batteries that charge.

tried calling 05/21/2017 number not in service link to contact them on the web doesn't work.no solution offered.just bought a single njoy king gold 1st time doesn't work they say not to return it to the store but I'll try tomorrow. If I have to pay shipping it's not worth it.

No customer service won't try them again.I need at least one hundred words don't know why but I'll keep typing. How many more do I need.

Njoy is JUNK!!!!

Trying different disposable I saw and picked up the seriously over priced NJoy. Used three times, hardly got anything from it and it quit.

What a waste. DO NOT BUY! Think how much they make with every rip off buy that's not worth the hassle or shipping you have to pay to return. While the Blu I tried was a bit harsher at least it Vaped good and last me three days.

Hopefully the junk Njoy sells eventually ruins them. I am certainly letting all those who have asked me how my search for a disposable is going to avoid Njoy!

Njoy - Vape Kit Review

I just bought a five pack of the heating cigarette. We seem to be expired. Nothing is in. No flavor. No smoke. It's like sucking a hollow bic pen. Is there something that you're supposed to do to get them to activate? I just spent $30 on something that doesn't appear to be working at all. Please help me.
