Horrible Customer Service
You can email and email and it takes them days to answer. When they do it's vague and most of the time totally useless.
And their so called new website is worse than it used to be but they certainly had no issues raising prices. The only good thing...sort of... is they offer autoship. But good luck finding info on it so you know if you can cancel or skip shipments.
The product is great, the company and the people who work there... pathetic.
I've had service at Walmart that's more intelligent, expedient, and well mannered. And that's not saying much.
Preferred solution: 1. Clear and concise information on Autoship and 2 MOST IMPORTANT: actual customer service, quick replies to emails, and helpful staff who actually have work ethic.

Customer service contacted me and explained the issues involved. Vary nice to hear
Then it disappears. Each shipper blames the other. Problem is njoy has to be the one to file the issue with ups. Have no number to contact njoy.
So I've contacted my bank. They re filing the complaint with njoy. The number on the bank transaction is a voice mail.
I have always had a good experience with njoy. Seems things have grown to where customer satisfaction doesn't matter

Their 800# on their site has been disconnected. I found their new number included with a charge to my bank account, tried that several times and always get a recording.

I have purchased multiple devices that have stopped working within a matter of weeks. I enjoy the product and purchased on line during leagal issues which pulled my e cigs of choice out of stores.
My issues have been with thr pre-filled clasdic tobacco cartridges and the batteries that charge.

tried calling 05/21/2017 number not in service link to contact them on the web doesn't work.no solution offered.just bought a single njoy king gold 1st time doesn't work they say not to return it to the store but I'll try tomorrow. If I have to pay shipping it's not worth it.
No customer service won't try them again.I need at least one hundred words don't know why but I'll keep typing. How many more do I need.

Njoy is JUNK!!!!
Trying different disposable I saw and picked up the seriously over priced NJoy. Used three times, hardly got anything from it and it quit.
What a waste. DO NOT BUY! Think how much they make with every rip off buy that's not worth the hassle or shipping you have to pay to return. While the Blu I tried was a bit harsher at least it Vaped good and last me three days.
Hopefully the junk Njoy sells eventually ruins them. I am certainly letting all those who have asked me how my search for a disposable is going to avoid Njoy!
