Ever since they began manufacturing their pods and devices in Malaysia instead of China, they all leak excessively during use in any of their devices. I’ve also encountered many pods that won’t hit but are totally full.

Additionally the devices now don’t last nearly as long and often have slight fault crack’s which I believe are purposely there so you keep having to buy new devices every 2 weeks. They say on the packaging where they were made, but it’s easy to tell without reading for this. The pod boxes with the punch open tabs at the top are always Malaysian and you will always have significant leakage which often ruins a new device. The ones with the little NJOY stickers sealing the pod boxes closed come from China and almost never have any problems.

I was able to end a 34 year smoking habit with the ones from China but over the last year they’ve become impossible to find. I’ve wasted so much time, effort and money on these! I’m now switching to a much more expensive brand that never gives me any problems, Vuse! They’re $16.99 for a 2 pack instead of $9.99 for NJOY’s 2 pod pack.

Same price as cigarettes but I’m not going back to smoking!! I enjoy the regular tobacco flavor instead of the sweet stuff. I found and bought a SMOK Novo 2 device (1 year warranty included) for only $29 and found a great salt-nic liquid. The device comes with 2 refillable pods.

I’m happy with both it and Vuse! New empty SMOK pods cost only $12 for a 3 pack. Each empty pod will last you for 3 or 4 weeks. It’s the cheapest way to go and gives you that strong throat hit with only 1 short draw.

No stores will replace or refund your NJOY even if it’s unopened from the foil package and has already leaked almost half of the liquid. Another problem with NJOY devices is the power prongs are often too long so the pods won’t fit all the way in, wiggle and you get mostly air instead of a hit. NJOY has failed us all out of greed and will either go out of business or have to fix their problems. I suggest everyone using them still, always get a receipt and return them to the manufacturer.

They will issue you a refund check once they receive the defects! They’ll even mail you a postage paid package to return the defects in.
