I have been using NJoy cartridge refills for a couple of years. Last month they refused refill orders, requiring customers instead to convert to a new battery recharge system.

I order the starter kit, then was told they were back ordered and would be a week's delay. That happened and then when I got the order it was not the starter kit but refills for the new system, utterly unusable without the starter kit. A telephoned complaint (answered, I believe in the Asian subcontinent) brought agreement about the order but only a promise to refill it in the future, not only not expedited shipping, but with a further delay in shipping at all. I cancelled the order and will either try another brand or go back to smoking.

What's the worst the can happen? Oh yeah.
