Happened this week. Shows shipped via ups and switches to usps.
Then it disappears. Each shipper blames the other. Problem is njoy has to be the one to file the issue with ups. Have no number to contact njoy.
So I've contacted my bank. They re filing the complaint with njoy. The number on the bank transaction is a voice mail.
I have always had a good experience with njoy. Seems things have grown to where customer satisfaction doesn't matter
